【Ingredients】Serves:4
⦁ 2 cup Bean sprouts
⦁ 3 Tbsp Dried Wakame seaweed, 4g, 1/8oz
⦁ 2 tsp Dashi no moto, fish soup stock
⦁ 3 Tbsp white Miso * Less sodium Miso is available if you wish
⦁ 2 Tbsp White sesame seeds, roasted and grounded
⦁ 3 cups water
⦁ a few drops Chili sesame oil optional
【Directions】
1. Wash bean sprouts, get rid of the roots if you like it crispy and set them aside.
2. Soak dried wakame seaweed in the water if the package says "use prepared wakame..."
Otherwise skip this step.
3. Roast and ground white sesame seeds.
4. Bring water to a boil and then add Dashi no moto, which is fish soup stock.
5. Add bean sprouts and when it boils, reduce the heat and dissolve miso.

7. Add roasted and grounded sesame seeds.
8. If you like spicy soup, pour a few drops of Chili sesame oil.
9. Serve hot.
