Fix your USB Flash
If you can't format your USB flash try this.
Right click on windows logo, click on Windows PowerShell (admin).
Type "Diskpart" hit enter then type "list disk" hit enter.
Recognise the number of your flash driver, in my case it's Disk 2.
Type: "select disk 2" hit enter.
Type: "clean", hit enter.
Type: "creat partition primary" hit enter.
Type: "format fs=fat32 quick" hit enter.
