While it is not the most accurate method to align Flat burrs, it is one of the simplest ways and can be done by anybody 💯

We advise using marker pen that is easy to wipe with contrast color choice ✏️

The entire proccess should be taken one step at a time in a slow manner 👌

Some Flat burrs are easier to align than others. For instance, the SSP High Uniformity flat burrs that we used in this video are much easier to align when compared to the SSP Multipurpose flat burrs. The flat cutting surfaces of the High Uniformity flat burrs is easier to show the wiped area.

If you have the exact grinder which is the DF64, we advice adding the aluminium foil at the area of the mountings screws just like we did in the video. Otherwise, you need to figure out the best place to put the aluminium depending on your grinder.
