Parking technique is shown here for all your large full coverage cross stitch projects. Different methods for parking are discussed as well as a mixture of parking and cross country stitching.

Mixing the two methods saves on time because of less needle threading and color changing. It also saves on floss usage because of a less travel to end a strand of floss and from one 10x10 to your next 10x10 may be a further distance than to go to the next closest stitch of that color.
