Week two in our HST Sampler Quilt Along has begun and today we're looking at Block #3: the Contrary Wife!
For me, it's the first time ever making this block and I must say it was a lot easier and quicker to piece together than I thought it would be! Hopefully it is for you too! Enjoy!!
MEASUREMENT & CUTTING INFO:
- From the background fabric cut: x5: 4.5” squares (for the centre and corners)
- From the Blossom print fabric cut: x2: 5” squares (to be made into HSTs)
- From the Pink Cheeks fabric cut: x2: 5” squares (to be made into HSTs)
FINAL BLOCK SIZE: 12.5" square

- Background: Cotton Supreme Solid in Blue Skies by RJR Fabrics
- Blossom: From the range, The Sultan’s Garden by Mary McGuire for RJR Fabrics
- Pink Cheeks: From the range, XOXO Basics by Cotton+Steel
