This video is all about IR devices to be controlled by your smartphone. You will need to salvage the IR Led from some old remote. These Leds are not the common ones. These Leds work as transmitters for IR radiation.

Materials needed:
1) 3.5mm Audio Jack
2) IR transmitter Led
3) Some basic Skills like soldering!!
