It's tips and fixes time, meadmakers! For beginner homebrewers, there can be a lot of questions as you get started. In over a decade of home brewing, I've learned a lot, and I've made a lot beer, mead, wine, and cider. Usually the lessons I've learned have come by trying and failing - sometimes with great fanfare! And mead is a TRICKY brew - some common "not quite right" flavors like a mead that is too sour, too watery, or too sweet CAN be fixed! We made this video to help pass along some easy advice for the very beginner homebrewer. In this video we get back to the basics with some encouraging help for beginners who will quickly be "doin' the most" in their meadmaking adventures!
