Indian Pizza immediately brings Paneer Makhani Pizza to my mind. Along with that, Roti Pizza or Paratha pizza, bread pizza and even pav pizza! All these I'm sharing with you in this video, along with a very yummy Indian style homemade Pizza sauce recipe. Its a sauce meant for pizza at home, as well as Pasta. It is Indian style - a bit tangy, a bit sweet but goes really well for a nice veggie pizza. I didn't really enjoy Paneer pizza until i tried the Paneer Makhani pizza at Joey's pizza - a famous pizza restaurant in Mumbai. And after that I loved Paneer pizza in any form - paneer tikka pizza and makhani pizza as well. So in this video, im sharing an easy makhani gravy which forms the perfect sauce for this Desi style pizza. And i'm also using herbed, spiced paneer pieces. I also made a paratha pizza - this is perfect when you dont have a pizza base. I find it better than roti pizza. And for that I used very Indian style pizza toppings - onion, capsicum, corn. Pizza on a bread slice is also something that every Indian mother has fed their child and till date i love it. Pizza is not Indian food, but with these alterations you can kind of Indianize it.
