Dozens are dead and scores more are hurt in Baghdad following a pair of car bomb blasts targeted at government offices
The bombs went off about a minute apart during the morning rush hour near the Ministry of Justice and the Baghdad provincial administration's headquarters. Emergency vehicles scrambled to help the wounded.
The massive bomb attacks show security in the country is still fragile despite a dramatic drop in violence in recent years.
