Today is a bodyweight cardio workout so be ready to get your heart rate up and get your sweat on! This workout consists of 12 exercises that we will perform for 30 seconds at a time with 10 seconds rest between exercises and three rounds of each superset. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in the weights or the tempo of these strength exercises and working to get your heart rate up too!
I also used my bench for a couple inclined exercises as I am 25 weeks pregnant and I will be modifying when I need to dial it back for myself. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

1. Lateral Agility with Heisman on 3
2. Knee Drivers 2 Left, 2 Right
3. Climbing Jumping Jacks
4. Switch jumps
5. Basketball Criss cross Jumping Jack
6. Bowling Curtsy lunge hops
7. Tap Down Knee Driver Sprinter
8. Plank Climbers
9. lateral Kick lateral touch down
10. 2 skips and 1 lateral hop
11. Obstacle Course Inchworm crawl outs to jumping jack
12. Donkey kick to vertical jump
