Ingredients:
1 pack of Carnation milk
1 Cup of Full Cream milk from Nestle
1 nutmeg
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Tablespoon of Vanilla essence
3/4 Cups of Sugar
1 Cup of Ghee
2 Cups of Flour
1 Tablespoon of Grated Ginger
Some Raisins
Method:
In one pot add 1 pack of Carnation milk, 1 Cup of Full Cream milk from Nestle, 1 grated nutmeg, 2 Cinnamon sticks, 2 Tablespoon of Vanilla essence and
3/4 Cups of Sugar. Mix all those ingredients and allow it to come to a boil.
In another pot, add...1 Cup of Ghee and 2 Cups of Flour. Mix such well until it looks like porridge. Then add the milk mixture. Mix well. And add 1 Tablespoon of Grated Ginger and the Raisins.
