The European Union must be ready to defend itself from possible punitive trade measures from the new US administration, as President-elect Donald Trump returns to the White House later this month. That’s what the new Commission’s Vice-President Stéphane Séjourné, who’s in charge of the bloc’s industrial strategy, told Bloomberg’s Oliver Crook in an exclusive interview in Brussels.
