The webinar intends to share policies to boost low carbon development in China implemented by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. It will seek to highlight the policy motivation, reform measures, and response from industry and research community. The activity is part of the webinar series of the collaborative project on low carbon development for China and India which seeks to support policy development by facilitating south-south cooperation, sharing relevant knowledge and building capacities.
