We continue north all the way to Great Keppel Island.

We travel north along the entire eastern side of Fraser Island, a distance of about 120nm before heading on a mostly western course and taking an anchorage just south of Gladstone. The next day, after a rolly nights anchorage, we sail to Great Keppel Island and the next day, zip across to Keppel Bay Marina, to rest, recuperate and resupply while we wait for forecast unfavorable winds to pass.
