In this recipe I shos you how to make one of my favourite sauces. Whats more, I show you how to make my signature take on it: Beurre Blanc.
I affectionately call it BB (Bibi). This sauce is extremely flavourfull, viscous to the point of being creamy; rich and decadent, while having a citrussy zing to it.
The saffron, ginger and garlic add a beautiful complexity that makes this sauce interesting and versatile for meats, poultry, fish and vegetables.
