Only milk and fruit! Easy healthy dessert in 5 minutes!
This is such a great and easy dessert to make and it does not need any baking or gelatin. You can use any fruit you like, it's so quick to prepare and you will have a tasty healthy dessert in 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
I used kiwis only but you can choose any fruit you like.
8g agar agar
50ml water
500ml milk
50g sugar
1 litre form/dish
Heat up until it starts to thicken, then pour over the fruit, by layering the fruit or chop the fruit up and add to the milk mixture. Agar agar sets really quickly when it stars to cool so you need to do everything quickly.
Let it cool, then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
