In his rich experience of 16 years with Teleperformance, he has progressed through several positions starting his journey as an HR professional and moving to a client facing role in the operations domain. An Engineer by qualification, M V has been honored with several awards at the company for his outstanding services.
He is a strong guiding force for bringing several global recognitions and accolades for the client programs being spear headed by him.
His contributions rendered as the Operations Head, with a team of 11,000+ people and the clients across 6 sites, has helped the company’s foray into non-metro locations a decade ago as pioneers in the space. M V has been one of the key Teleperformance University graduates from India carrying strong knowledge of worldwide best practices and innovative projects in customer relationship and experience management.
He has played a pivotal role in Teleperformance’ transformational journey of becoming a more people centric and digital organization.
