Life Saver SIMPLE WRIST GRAB DEFENCE Krav Maga

Life saving defence against a WRIST GRAB tips are taught by Ricky Manetta of Synergy Gym in London UK.

Ricky Manetta has over 25 years experience teaching martial arts and Krav Maga. Krav Maga is popular and dynamic self defence system adapted from Israeli military training.

Ricky provided self defence solutions for the 2012 Olympic security team, London Taxi Drivers Association, local schools and councils, and hundreds of students. Ricky is the head co-ordinator for the UFC.
