There's a number of niche crafts that are going legacy soon.

This video outlines how to make +3 to socketed (element) gems boots. This is a fairly low probability of success craft but is cheap enough that you can spam it until you hit.

Requirements: 3 fractured boots (don't waste ilvl 86 ones; the more locked mods the better); a modest number of the appropriate fossil - Frigid for +3 cold; Metallic for +3 lightning; Scorched for +3 fire; Aberrant for +3 chaos.

Recommended uses: These are good boots for any build that will consider a 4-linked Herald skill. Herald of Ice with cold supports that are highly level sensitive (Added Cold Damage Support, Ice Bite Support, etc).

You may very well be able to find other uses, and just like other legacy items, some uses that aren't evident now may show up in the future.
