No change of foot, no change of position requirement.
Flying sit Level 4
1) Flying entrance
2) Difficult variation: sit foot on the side (broken leg)
3) 8 or more revolutions in same position
4) Difficult variation: sit position with foot behind
Higher fly and more speed would not hurt in this particular spin to really claim the level but this spin is getting close : )
