In this video, I cover the basics of plotting dimensions and show you how the special Dimensions layer is generated. Then, I dive deep into the settings dialog, demonstrating how to use styling settings, set the unit of measure, adjust the level of precision, and apply a scaling ratio. I'll explain how these options create the settings for the next dimension you make, and that there isn't a document-wide settings panel. If you switch to another document, you'll need to adjust the tool options settings, or the default from the last document will persist.
