Rolls-Royce Motor Cars recently celebrated National Apprenticeship Week 2021. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars strongly believes that apprentices and employees are the company’s future. This year’s theme of “Build the Future” highlights how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge they require for a rewarding career, and for employers to build a workforce with future ready skills.
Since the launch of the Apprenticeship Programme in 2006, apprentices have had the opportunity to work alongside world-class craftspeople and experts in Assembly, Interior Trim, Exterior Surface, Interior Surface, Total Vehicle Quality Management, Sales, Logistics and Finance at the Home of Rolls-Royce situated in Goodwood, West Sussex, UK.
With the addition of Degree Apprenticeships in 2019, the company continues to attract a phenomenal quality and volume of applicants. Successful applicants spend two to four years at the Home of Rolls-Royce, with many going on to take up full-time employment and leadership roles with the company.
