Almost all our indigenous red varieties make wonderful rosés. The main feature of rosé wines is their rich aromatic character. The aromas of rosé wines range between fruity and flowery scents. They pair well with seafood and fish, but also compliment meat dishes well. Their delicate aromas and light taste make them an excellent companion for picnics, appetizers, white meat recipes, and also for burgers and grilled steaks.
