This is one of the most useful stat nowadays and it helps me in a lot of things
Although the most important are Short Rest, Sunbath, and Tanuki Hat only(Avatar also not a must but great additional)

Some Math for Natural MP Regen
1. Base NMPR (skill excluded) = MaxMP/100 * (100%*total NMPR%) + 1 + total flat NMPR
2. Total NMPR (NMPR from skill only) = BaseNMPR * (100%*total NMPR%) + total flat NMPR
