(18 Mar 2018) Russian President Vladimir Putin cast his ballot in Moscow on Sunday in an election where he is seeking his fourth term in the Kremlin.
Putin faces seven challengers but none poses a serious threat.
He is certain to win a fourth term but authorities have spent unprecedented funds to get out the vote to ensure he has a strong mandate for his next six years in office.
