This run can be polished in a lot of aspects; first of all, the sequence in which I get around the secrets can be shortened by not picking up the Soulsphere after coming back from the first secret and taking a shorter route to the third secret. The rest of it, as far as I can think of, is the simplest way to go. Maybe it is unnecessary to pick the boxes of rockets at the last secret, because at the end I only get to fire like 3, maybe 4 rockets.

I wasted a couple of secs when I tried to get back to the center of the map, if you memorize the way back from that point to the rocket launcher pickup you can save a lot of time.

As soon as the Dopefish spots you, the best thing to do is to attempt to get him stuck in the center of the map, near the pillars, that way you can just blast him with the SSG. Having full SSG ammo is enough to bring him down.
