Do you guys think this is necessary or is it going to make some tanks even more broken?

Hello all and welcome to Noob Mode Games. World of Tanks is a free to play MMO game that everyone can download and try out for free. However, if you know the game, you know that nobody plays for free. So, my goal is to try and play it for free without buying a premium account or premium tanks.
