Investigating the worsening problem of the road quality in the UK, with ever more reports of potholes, and councils not bothering to fix them, which is a hazard not just for motorists, but for cyclists and motorbikers who can get flung off their bikes if they hit a pothole - which are hidden in the rain.
Very long time and known campaigner on the issue of potholes, Mike Morrell aka "Mr Pothole", discusses the problem.
