This video is a great place to start when your W211 Mercedes Benz E- Class does not crank and does not start. The starter fuse is F59 15A/20A Starter Relay, in the under hood driver's side fuse panel. It is a 15 amp or a 20 amp fuse; check that fuse first if it is blown. At that point, there is a good chance that the starter needs to be replaced if fuse 59 is blown.
