I was watching Dazed and Confused during the summer and it was during the baseball scene that the idea of making a video revolving around foreground and background popped into my head. I was originally going to title this video "Foreground to Background, Background to Foreground" but decided on "Action and Reaction" after reading some of David Bordwell's work. This was also at first going to be a video with ~40 movies but after my last one almost obliterated my laptop, I opted for something more condensed.
