Prominent Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former chief minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar today sworn-in as a minister in Narendra Modi 3.0 cabinet. He won from the Karnal Lok Sabha constituency after having defeated Congress's Divyanshu Budhiraja by a margin of over 200,000 votes.
