To give credit where it's due, KTM Service receives very little mention in the media, social media and comments streams. And this is a good thing. Because it's a fairly big network now, KTM service is not hard to find. It's always been cost effective and parts have always been affordable, sometimes shockingly so. KTM warranty claims are also known to be relatively hassle free. You can hit a hiccup here and there but by and large you won't struggle. On the other hand, good mechanics outside the authorised system also exist and can sometimes be better at diagnostics, mods and upgrades. KTM do really need to get the PowerParts part of their operation together though. Not having access to official accessories doesn't speak well for a performance brand.
