For those who missed the memo, here is a quick little video going over the date-skip glitch and how to use it in regards to EV training and levelling up your Pokémon!

ok so follow along with me:
- Every Pokémon gets a TOTAL of 510 EVs or effort values.
- each stat can only receive a total of 252 EVs
- and you can ONLY max out 2 stats at a time! (for example Max HP [252 HP Evs] and Max Defense [252 Defense Evs])
so that little sparkle will only work if those EVs have not been distributed elsewhere!
I hope that all makes sense lol its a quick crash course on EV training

sidenote:
If your Pokémon's stats are a light blue and now yellow in color that means that this Pokémon has MAX stats.. so that Pokémon has 510/510 Evs.. you cannot train it anymore.. but no worries! if you want a certain stat to sparkle luckily enough there is an NPC that exists in the DLC (Isle of Armor) and this lady sits on an island right next to the dojo so she is easy to find. if you talk to her she will reset all you EVs to 0/510 if you give her some armorite ore. so you can max out any two stats you want then ok?
