Join me for a 10 minute BALLET LEGS beach workout that will tone your legs and lift your glutes. We'll move through a series of barre inspired exercises for intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. I will be adding arms to this routine for added calorie burn, but you have to option to take them out if you'd like to just focus on your legs.
