The dogtooth tuna is most spearfisherman's dream fish to catch. Also its one of the hardest fighting fish that you will spear. Things I've learned through the years of hunting doggies, hope for the best and prepare for the worst. A float-line is always better than a reel gun for this particular fish. Stone them or not, make sure you get a good holding shot.
