This webinar introduced NCI’s interest, investment and activities in alcohol and cancer research. In addition, a panel of experts summarized what is known about and discussed scientific evidence gaps about the role of alcohol in four key areas relevant to alcohol as a target for cancer prevention and control. These key areas included cancer epidemiology and biology, patient care and survivorship, policies, and communication.
