One of the biggest questions I get asked is what do you do with all the herbs you grow in your garden. There are so many ways to enjoy just-harvested rosemary, but this delicious treat is one of my favorites. It’s super simple to make and the prep takes about 5 minutes.
Now, most of the rosemary shortbread recipes out there call for like a teaspoon of herbs. I double or even triple that because I want to really taste that rosemary I grew.
Bonus: Rosemary shortbread makes a great homemade holiday gift for friends and family. (Or you can just keep it all for yourself!)
INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups flour
-1 cup raw sugar
-2 teaspoons kosher salt
-2-3 sprigs of rosemary (plus more for garnishing, if desired)
-1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
