Opposition MPs on Thursday were confused by Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia's ruling that they can only touch and not read the report on the proposed redelineation for the general election. The Speaker then changed his ruling saying that they can bring the report out of the Parliament but it's embargoed until March 28.
