LIEBHERR LG1750 RENOVATION PROJECT MOVIE!

Last month we started this renovation project for our customer Wind1000. The machine was exposed to heavy weather conditions, resulting in a rusty machine.
Our working method is follows: Dismantling - Washing - Pre-processing/Blasting - Coating - Spraying - Assembly - Finishing touch. This whole proces took place in only 20 working days for a machine consisting of among others:
- Basic Machine of 96 tons
- More than 200 metres of boom sections
- 20 pieces of counterweight (total weight: more than 245 tons)
- And other associated components
