In the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Focused Program of Study at Liberty High School students practice food preparation for food service and hospitality industries through hands-on labs. Experiences are gained by planning and catering events, culinary competition, marketing and business skills. Here teacher, Mary Masters and four students relay their class experiences.
