Celaschi spl30 is a compact throughfeed panel cutting machine born to split panels in two. Panels can be chipboard elements of a box or thin MDF backs. Splitting can be done lengthwise or crosswise using dogs as on a common squaring machine, with the advantage to cut pieces in proportion from 50%-50% to 30%-70% of the width. Splitting panels is the solution when you have to produce narrow pieces out of the range of standard machines, with a double advantage: you can produce 2 pieces together to process them on standard machines and you have to process on these machines only half the quantity, improving the output of your production dpt.
The stiff and solid machine structure ensures the total absence of vibrations and therefore great processing accuracy, also thanks to the sliding chains used also on other celaschi double-end tenoners. Celaschi spl30 is configured with 2 scoring units, to avoid any splintering, and a cutting blade.
Celaschi spl30 can be easily integrated into a line and connected with a line Supervisor and/or with the factory’s MES thanks to MAESTRO ACTIVE SQUARE HMI. Usually it is followed by an automation that feeds a stefani xd edgebanding machine to edgeband the raw side of the panels.
Entirely designed and made in Italy, every celaschi slp30 is subjected to rigorous checks during the assembly phase. Footprint, precision, reliability and productivity are the strength points that make celaschi spl30 the better choice for a throughfeed splitting machine.
