Double Delayed Flash Breakdown | How to capture two freeze action in one exposure.

This is a simple breakdown. It will show you how to use delay time together with another flash. It requires that you have a flash with delay time build in. Also another flash to get the first freeze action.

The gear used in this video is what I am familiar with. I do not know what other gear have the delay time option!
