Welcome to yoga for growing compassion. We all get stuck in our “bubble” sometimes. It’s good to branch out and connect. This practice is designed to open your heart, mind, and body. Through this expansion, we can allow for other people’s points of view. We can hopefully see that our differences can be considered, celebrated, and understood.
Please use this practice to grow your self-love and the love of others.
It includes equal parts strength and opening. Hips, shoulders, abs, and spine will all benefit!
