To make sure that what I need for BJJ and Amateur MMA Training is what’s in my gym bag, I pack my gym bag with gym essentials the night before MMA training and especially before MMA sparring sessions. The gear I use is vital to my ability to train MMA and JiuJitsu. In this episode of fighting at 40 I list and give a brief review of my mma and BJJ training gear. Without this gear I wouldn’t be able to work towards my goal of fighting an amateur mma fight at 40 years of age. Some of it is good equipment, some of it... is not so good. The sound is really good in this video so there’s a little ASMR bonus in there. If anyone watching has any suggestions for mma equipment or JiuJitsu equipment, let me know about it in the comments.
