Recipe:
1Bundle of Asparagus for 2-3 People
Hollondaise recipe in my previous Eggs Benedict Video
3 pieces of ham per person
120g Butter
25g salt
75g sugar
5 l water
1 Lemon
You can and should use the trims from the asparagus and the fond from cooking the asparagus for making a cream of white asparagus soup
