This amazing Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe is going to WOW you! In fact, I shared some with my neighbor and this is what she texted to me - "I cheated and tasted the pumpkin cheesecake! OMG!!! It’s amazing! I love it! Thank you."
This is definitely a dessert that you could make for the holidays!
Here is what you will need:
Springform pan
For the Crust:
12 graham cracker sheets, crumbled to a fine powder (1 1/2 cups)
6 TBP of melted butter
1 TBP sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
(Please note: the crust needs to cool completely before adding the filling. Allow at least 45 minutes after it bakes in the oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes).
The Filling:
24 oz of cream cheese at room temperature (3 blocks)
1 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar - I used dark
15 oz. can pumpkin pie mix
4 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 TBP all purpose flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (see below for recipe)
1/4 tsp salt
1 TBP vanilla extract
Bonus Recipe:
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Mix
3 TBP cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
