This is the best AND EASIEST homemade pizza dough. It works perfectly on the grill OR baked in your oven!
Homemade Pizza Dough (Makes 2, 12-14 inch pizzas)
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 package Active Dry Yeast
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1.5 cups of 110 degree water
In stand mixer or using a large bowl and hand mixer, mix together dry ingredients for 60 seconds. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until dough ball forms. If too dry, add 1 tbsp water. Remove dough ball and place in large greased bowl. Spray dough ball with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 2 hours. When dough has risen, turn out onto floured surface. Knead a couple times. (Don't over-knead.) Cut ball into 2 halves. Roll flat to desired thickness. Spray or sprinkle cornmeal on pizza stone to keep from sticking. Place dough on stone and add sauce and desired toppings and cheese. Grill at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes! Enjoy!
