Regan Grimes may not be part of the 613 but he has left his mark here, Just as Regan has at Golds Gym California and now Oxygen gym. He is a phenomenal athlete and person who seems to spread positivity around the world via bodybuilding.

Regan has been here though and has helped many of us in the 613. This is my honorary 613 Bodybuilding feature to the future of the sport, Mr. Grimes.
