Cut the end off to run down to the tube hole
Chevrolet Impala MYLINK no screen no audio but reverse camera is working fine. remove panel on the passenger side and check the amplifier connection to see if it has water marks. usually, the trunk gets wet because the seal for taillights go bad.replace amplifier and clean connection with wd40.now open passenger side kick under dash and locate mylink module unplug all connectors and wait about 5 minutes. reconnect with the key off .start the car to see if radio comes back on.this may not be permanent repair, but you can see if mylink module can be the trouble. if radio comes back on, you may need to replace the module (this module needs to be programmed with Vin number)
