Kababs or kebabs are considered as healthy foods due to less amount of oil uses, they are not fried. Fresh herbs and spices are usually used to make them and they are cooked over open fire too.

Chicken tikka is one of my absolute favourite chicken dishes to make. Usually, I serve it some homemade yoghurt chutney. However, this chicken tikka kebab would also be delicious with Chapatis.This chicken tikka recipe is a fantastic way to spice up your chicken. Marinate it to allow the flavours to develop and the chicken to become even more juicy and tender.

●1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
●Salt to taste
●1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
●Lemon juice
●1/4 Cup Hung Curd
●1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
●1 & 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
●1 tsp Coriander Cumin powder
●1/2 tsp Garam Masala
●1/4 tsp Dried Fenugreek
●Pinch of Red food color
●Mustard Oil
